Background
A. Hudson Longan is a sixth-generation Texan and longtime Austinite whose writing moves comfortably between prestige drama and dark comedy. Rooted in the places that raised him, Austin, and the back roads of South Texas, he's drawn to the unsettling and the unsaid, and game to try almost anything once.
His debut pilots, Caliche and B*tch Troll Queen, are in competition at major screenplay festivals in 2026.
